Definitely! Bill would reduce A/S, as he said he would no longer do the toxic debts. This is common sense. PPS will not increase without the inflow of new money. Old investors have already invested and waiting in a deep loss, inexperienced - sold, fearing the negative of mercenaries of hedge funds. For the influx of new investors is needed a positive PR.
