Thanks for the arbitration update. Looks pretty cut and dry in that the arbitration panel established the rate for a worldwide PLA and royalty owed from 1/1/14 through the hearing date.

Hopefully this is resolved before 12/31 but either way very comfortable that Huawei will owe IDCC money. Also once the NY court confirms can IDCC then announce what the back royalty payment is?

Thanks Olddog. For some reason that doesn't seem fair. So, Huawei is allowed to skate on the previous 7 years.
