Jimmy Joe, you are far from a knuckle dragging moron, I was merely emphasing how important it is to pay close attention to a stock like this, as opposed to just trusting management to "do the best for the troops" so to speak, and I do not equate CYGX to Enron but use the example of Enron to point out that the company is to be run for the benefit of the stockholders, not the management, although they may wear both hats.
I have invested in three biotech deals, two with great success but with one failure. I am not doctor bashing, but I would like to see some business types lead this company to the growth stage when it comes and have our brilliant doctors focus on what they do best. Quick story: I just sold a large parcel of land to a hospital that has been desparate to expand but can't seem to get their act together. Formerly run by doctors, they went on to hire a business type to be CEO, a new CFO, and got a number of successful area business types to run the BOD. They then got the financing they needed and all other factors remained the same. It is important to have the right people in the right places.
I am sure that you have heard the phrase "the operation was a success but the patient died". My fear is that this company could do that in a business sense. I have heard, however, that some good news may come that will make the difference in our opinions moot.
I have enjoyed reading your posts today and think that I have misjudged you. You respond to posts with a cool head and a very civil manner, unlike my post of yesterday. I think I was just angered by you calling people who critisized the company as whiners-endlessly. Take care and I apologize for any name calling.

Jimmy Joe,
The only difference is its a different industry and MS and LW have not been caught yet. Also Enron had revenue , while CYgx had fluff. But, basically the same story.
