Some pinkies trade deep into the pennies, sometimes beyond, with much larger share-structures and little or no revs...go figure. It's all about speculation or analyzing/valuing future potential, at this level - IMO.

Like Philly said, you have to consider the future earning potential when valuing the company. That's where the value is. Of course that's just my opinion.
