Note: Xerium is a case where shareholders survived by getting 17.5% of the post BK company.

This would be considered s good BK for Equity.

We are fighting to do more than that in this case. Once we get an official committee we all will need to dig and find any and all revenue and info that may be hidden and present it to the official equity committee.
