The BS on this board is sometimes overwhelming...IMO there is no indecision over the NCE...Moss ordered the FDA to grant the NCE and they have notified Amarin it has been granted. More importantly FDA has notified generic filers, it will not accept their paragraph 4 submissions. It has not yet showed up in the OB, but it is a fait accompli. Also it is not subject to whether the FDA or a surrogate files an appeal to Judge Mosses decision..Until the appeals court vacates Mosses decision the NCE runs till it expires which is July 2017.
