This is the part that really gets me. If they were seriously intent on "protecting the purity of the stock structure", they would not have raised the a/s from 300M to 950M 3 weeks ago, and then to 1.475B yesterday.

They supposedly have oodles of cash. Why the need to raise the a/s twice in one month?

Any acquisitions they have in mind can easily be done with the 25M preferreds they have.
