I think it would be 20,000 preferred shares (1,000,000 / 50 = 20,000), not 50,000.

thanks for your figures. i'm not following how you obtained certain values, but haven't had a chance to run through it myself.

maybe one way of looking at this is at a given settlement value, say $120M, what do preferred shareholders get that commons don't.
