Ok let see now..
If I was to hold 1 million common shares, I have the following option when the conversion program is activated.

I can convert my million common shares into 20000 preferred shares ( or any portion of my million with a ration of 50:1)

Once I hold 20000 preferred share here is what I understand will happen.

1. My million common shares is return to treasury and
2. I am holding 20000 preferred shares with a book value of 1.00$ per share. (of note, these preferred shares will not to be traded on open market, only tradable between "individuals") I can therefore sell to others my preferred share as I wish or as the speculation goes.
3.When the court is settled with a positive asset (WIN), then CMGO will get 67% of the benefits. If the court case is lost, I loose it all
4. CMGO will then provide to the preferred share holders a portion of that 67%, which is likely be calculated on a per share basis
5 As a holder, I will get a lump of money equivalent to 20000 time the projected value per share.
6. once paid, I shall return my preferred share to treasury and I have no other attachment to CMGO.

So what is it that I can get.

Based on the PR, 4 millions preferred shares would be the maximum issued. For every million won, the preferred share would be valued at 0.0837$ per share if CMGO keep 50% for it own and return 50% to the preferred share holders ((1000000 *0.67*0.50)/4000000)
This 0.0837$ would represent a value of 0.001675 per common share converted.

Do your own math, and your own DD as to the likelihood of CMGO to win their case.

Original claims is 20 millions in damage plus 100 millions in punitive damage plus fees. Settlement is unlikely to be 1 or 2 millions, likely to be much more, but unpredictable

Will I convert...I'll let you know when I'm decided
I have way more then 1 million common shares on hand, that is for sure.
