Nonsense! He has been on the board for YEARS!! The SEC does require him to disclose. Even ostensible CEO's of non-reporting pink sheet pigs are required to disclose. But, why would anyone expect him to follow SEC procedures this time when he never has before? Thanks for confirming what a dozen or so of us knew anyway.
