You forgot to explain why the fdic-r is not released .

Why are they not released if there was nothing wrong with their actions ?

"Action" on the escrow side will start when all claims and the deutsche bank lawsuit are resolved .

Before that is not dealt with nothing will happen at all for escrows other than creating more interest on the assets that will come back eventually .

We will see what the future may or may not bring to our escrows .
