If OOIL wants to make money, show how they can purify the water that goes in to POT growing. Their magic electrical frequency filtering system should be in every business and apartment complex. Something is not right herein . . . make and demo a small system for home use or yard greenhouse. A portable UV light water filter can produce clean stream and woods water from bacterial infection. OOIL cannot built one battery/solar electric cell powered?
