The above is from today's "Press Release". These guys are putting out PRs as an excuse to run their advertisements such as above! They are like marketers on President's Day sales of mattresses. This is a total joke. I sincerely doubt that the prospective takeover company in Texas will not have a bunch of 'accounting' issues. Only fleas would be attracted to other fleas. I noticed that the Texas company is private and has 0 information concerning it.

They have 100 companies they are targeting for acquisition? With $30,000 in Gross Margins? What a ridiculous situation..
