I was responding to the notion that the shares had been "reserved"...thinking there is no impact to current SUTI shareholders.

In fact, there is an impact through the dilution that results from the divvy to PRPM (as you also pointed out). And in a way that costs the current shareholders in their loss in equity.

Yes, that's right. Whoever's driving the SUTI clown car at the moment would have to issue the stock to PRPM, and PRPM could then distribute it as a dividend to its own shareholders.

I've seen that done. By scam companies.
