Yeah, that's the question, isn't it? I wish I knew for sure.

I can guess ... Before mid-September or so? Yes, that seems like a long time for Mr Market to hang around and wait. Hopefully we won't have to find out!


I had thought we'd hear significant announcement(s) by mid-July, and that was clearly wrong. Now we're on the clock ... By my rough estimation we need significant PPS-driving news by Eom November or we'll be looking at poor terms for a dilutive share sale.

While it's possible we don't need to dilute further ... I'm not holding my breath. I'm just hoping we get it done on more favorable terms (I.e. >= 25c).

If you heard Chung on the CC, he was a little too quick to point out that we've got a white-night acquirer for new shares. He's clearly got his dilution / share sale already planned out.
