As for the offer buying you lunch at the next SM; I haven't forgotten!

But tell me. On three recent occasions on this board you have agreed with Gargol (Yea, Whoa!) That's not why you are heading to the sidelines, is it?

If this is true, it's too bad. Thanks for all of your insight, knowledge and experience that you shared with the board. You took a lot of hits over the years, but somehow managed to stick it out.

Some folks wonder why and accused you of ulterior motives: I have always thought it was pretty darn simple ... you invested a lot of money in a stock/firm with a lot of promise only to be scammed, like a bunch of other folks, but you believed in the technology. And then when the company should have gotten righted, it ended up with so very many tentacles to those who did the scamming. And you watched as new investor after new investor came along and started betting hard-earned dollars on a company which never really cut ties with its scammy past. So you tried to warn folks ... and well, many have not quite paid attention.
