According to nasdaq.com, Clontz held 128,854 shares as of 4/29/15. So 35,000 is quite a lot, but he has quite a few left as I count it - nearly 94,000. True? If so, not exactly running for the exits.
First of all if he actually sold the shares it would have to be reported timely as in by now as he is still considered an insider for a period of time after leaving the company.
It is my understanding this a trading plan to sell 35,000 shares of which we don't know the parameters of said plan.
For all we know he may not want sell shares until the price goes to x but we don't know what x is.
