i do not know ?? however if you look at TCEL LDT web page and if you look That TCEL INC new web page , not finish yet.

The Pat # is listed for both and DR Casey is on both and listed as the CSO.

TCEL INC OWNS 90.9 % of TCEL LTD base in the last 3 Q reports from TCEL INC.

So i do net see that as a issue.

Even who i trade with C. S. show a statement that Tcel inc owns TCEL LTD.

There is about 19 year lift on that PAT #.
