They are probably selling shares again. By my math AMFE traded about 32.5 million shares from today to this day last year. They say they diluted less than 5% of the 168 million in the public float.
That would be roughly 4 million shares per year of the 32 million traded sold by AMFE. So about 1 in every 8 shares is them. They need news to sell because this trades infrequently. The potential is here, how much is the question?
