That's the definition of a scam.

They always have so much planned, no cash, no revenue, no net assets and are insolvent.

Don't forget the LOIs which never get executed. Don't need no cash or revenue, when you have an open LOI which is going to generate hundreds of millions, and it all costs nothing. BAYP hasn't reached that scam depression yet. Maybe Shameberg can take BAYP into that fantasy early next year(?).
