If this was a scam-it's still a scam

and as BL suggests will continue as a scam for many moons.

BAYP is following a well trodden path. First try being a gold miner. Or was it "rare earths" instead? P&D it. After that's worn out, progress to being an oil stock. Along the way in midstream if some microcrap fraud fad appears, such as MJ in 2014, then what the hell... here comes hemp oil in cosmetics. That's possibly the most flare Porter has shown for his scam angles.

it would have been over years ago

There's only a few ways for an unregistered scam stock to get nailed. The primary way is a Rule 144 violation. Until that or one of the less frequent events occur, the scam continues. The JV has all kinds of scam angles to be played. I could write 20 PR pumps for Shameberg without a strain. Standard oil scam play book.

And what happens when the oil scam plays itself out, like the mining scam before it? No problem! Perform another 200:1 R/S, and loop back into MJ, or Bitcoin as a temporary rest stop. Toss the old ticker, come up with some new ticker, and one has a born again scam. Potentially an endless scam.
