Depending upon which generation of $100 bills we are using, a ton of $100 bills is worth between about $89,600,000 and a little under $91,000,000. Not including the weight of bands. Also ASSuming these are uncirculated bills without loss or paper, body oil, cocaine residue, etc.
The water content will also vary with room humidity. That will affect weight.
A ton of $100 bills in Arizona or Nevada will be worth more than a ton in New Orleans or Panama.
