The p.r clearly states the buyback will begin the week of Aug 3rd.

No, that would be a buyback starting this week. Shares are removed from the float and the buyback would actually be finalized some time prior to those shares coming off of restriction. Maybe it is 365 day, maybe it's 30. To reinterate, you did not see SUTI's agreement with the investors in this funding group. Again, you said that there was only one type of buyback. I already gave you a 2nd example called a leveraged buyback that YEAH actually exists.

So...the "buyback" actually occurs a year from now?

The PR certainly seems to infer the "buyback" starts this week...does it not?
