Those are all great points IMO. I especially like the idea of interviews with the new hires. I would also like to hear and see more from the CEO and Steve.
Even if they cant get real bank type financing they could fight off the toxic debt with retail support IMO.

I would like to see them become more focused. IMO they should focus on two things: 1. becoming the "home debot" of hydroponics stores and 2. expanding their LGBT rewards app to the MJ space.
I think they should acquire hydro stores all over the country (not only in places where MJ is already big) and brand them in an LA/California way. I like acquiring the store because they already know they will have revenues/customer and they can focus on growing the revenues and cutting costs. IMO they could also get hydro stores in not so prime markets (not CA, CO, WA, etc.) for decent prices and convince sellers to take stock instead of cash because they can become part of the worlds biggest hydro store.
I think their app also has a lot of potential. From the "equality reward" website: "The more you shop and redeem your Equality Dollars™ at participating retailers, the more money we donate to causes that empower the LGBT community. It’s that simple ... and powerful." Imagine if they change that to "The more you shop and redeem your Dope Dollars™ at participating dispensaries and hydro retailers, the more money we donate to causes that empower the MJ movement. It’s that simple ... and powerful."
