No he is not. And there is no excuse for MW's failure to provide important info to shareholders. At least 90% of all NY and AMEX listed companies have pending lawsuits at all times. Yet, they never miss a filing and never fail to audit. Every quarter, every year ... like clockwork. But, then they are legitimate companies. IFUS won't even give verifiable sales info in a PR.

IFUS is a scam and a farce.
