#431418 RE: Evintos #431411

What you posted explains why we now have only $6 Billion in NOL value available. In spite of the Ownership Change (OC) which occurred in 2012, we still were eligible for a NOL benefit (adjusted lower) than our pre OC NOLS. If another OC occurs post emergence, this will not only wipe out the current NOL value but will also trigger the Series B preferred "Conversion Clause". This will result in any acquirer paying over $1 Billion plus accrued dividends to the holders of these shares. As of March, 2015 the limitation on use of the NOLS by WMIH became fully available and that's it. What you are posturing is that some outside company can now come in and purchase WMIH and acquire it's NOL value for itself....this is IMPOSSIBLE!!! This action or any strategic shift in share ownership would immediately nullify all NOL value.

Quote from your post.....

"The Company’s ability to utilize the NOLs or realize any benefits related to the NOLs is subject to a number of risks."
