Well, you have to be gullible enough to install something from a website.

A lot of Mac users apparently think their platform is invulnerable
to exploits. This overconfidence makes them ripe for the picking.

This is quite in contrast to experienced Windows users who are
very aware of malware and tend to be rather suspicious of such
bait.
