Not too many months ago just the suggestion of a reverse split was met with assurance that only market cap mattered. And a buy back of shares would alleviate the share count issue.

Now it seems the opinion is forgone that one will occur.

August 15th is coming soon and SALES will be WELL ABOVE the EXPECTATIONS of many imho! It all is a game of meeting or exceeding expectations. Major sales traction has developed at UK Boots stores. We know prime shelving space for Actipatch products has been given. Many additional Boots stores are now selling Actipatch too. Include consistent top #1 performance from Actipatch online sales from both Boots and UK Amazon to fill the cash register even more. Canada is perking up nicely now developing its own head of steam. Big Braun never can be left out of the equation either with their impact on sales. Andy has a major opportunity tomorrow to grab the attention of many new investors and bring them aboard the Biel train. When they fully realize that Biel is the real deal after doing their DD plus viewing the sales numbers coming next week, the game of jumping aboard on the Biel train begins in earnest. Your are so correct Art....SALES, SALES, SALES. It will be a major game changer for Biel when the numbers hit the wires! I look forward to your analysis of the numbers when they come.

art, please take a look at the 3 - Final Orders published today. No need to open them. Then, look at the Final Order that will be published tomorrow. It is not for PEMF devices, but open it and read the format if you have a few minutes. All I am suggesting is that it is an interesting template and nothing more. . . .

When have we seen 4 Final Orders in 2 days from the devices division? Is there some positive movement in completing projects going on? Housekeeping? Don't know that either, I just look for the anomalies. Food for thought.
