I think they expected to get some buying activity after the last PR, which they didn't. They needed to sell shares, and a lot, to cover the cost of those media minutes and they sold nothing. When a company relies solely on selling shares and there's no more buyers for those shares, then they're done. A ticker itself is worth money and this one only has 1B outstanding shares of 5B authorized (speculative). It should be an easy sell.
They have no business and no money to even file their 10q... thus the Limited Status now.
I'm hoping they either sell the ticker or another company takes it over via reverse merger. Who knows how long this will take. patience is the key here, people will slowly load up on .0001s under the radar until there's a renewed focus on this ticker.
