You sure you're asking the right guy? He predicted $80 by the end of June. It's obvious that this company is struggling right now. Been a long time since a license came through, with nothing to look forward to in the near future, it's anybody's guess as to what the low will be. Good luck.
Also, just wondering why Foxconn or Apple is not bearing fruit. Does Interdigital really have SEP's or patents that are being infringed? As Loop has pointed out in the past, where is the suit against Foxconn or Apple?

If everyone thinks we are going to lose it is built into the price.

A loss will not affect earnings.

jjff...We should have guidance for Q3 before the end of August. That could also determine which way this goes. The share px sure looks like it's the same old scenario: will trade at a lower range until a sea-change announcement is made. IMO.
