Yes, I think with Centerline it allows the plan of the Superhub to come together much more easily. I also don't believe Centerline could be sold for anywhere in the amount of $200M seeing as it will probably max out at $10M profits/year.
On the other topic of management's share options, I would love to hear what Rocky's opinion of them is.
