The Lincoln deal is at market prices. You guys are funny trying to spin this. Its an absolutely horrible deal. It reaks of outright fraud. These are the kind of deals companies make that only care about paying their salaries for as long as possible. They could really care less about their shareholders. Real companies have real data and products and do a share offering and the price increases. Fake companies release deals like this that 10 people read and all 10 have a different interpretation of how the deal reads. Someday you'll all figure it out.
