There is not much debate at this point as to whether the former management was incompetent. The sec is not going after them for that, if the were I would not argue anything

With all the mistakes made by Samantha Cox Martin due to inexperience and poor judgment, I wouldn't bet on the SEC!

It's great to know there is no intention on closing Treaty's doors, if the SEC sole objective is to protect future investors.

So it really looks like Treaty will be OK. NO Treaty, no future shareholders. Finally some positive news for current shareholders
