DEFLECTING ATTENTION AWAY FROM TECO OBLIGATIONS DOES NOT IMPRESS ANYONE

THE MORE DEFLECTION, THE MORE THE NEED SEC NEEDS CLEAN THIS SITUATION IN ORDER TO PROTECT FUTURE INVESTORS
