This all begs the question did hallin have outside assistance ( legal or other professional) assist in gathering and formulating complaints (other than own paid council) and transmitted gathered info to the SEC?
We know hallin filed the BK pro bono and subsequently had to hire council to try to fix the mess .
I will say the access TD has to information is truly exceptional in every respect , some things being known and reported before the intended recipients were notified !
So there is some disconnect between pro bono and first class to be noted here.
Just my observation...

But if the sec never had any contact with TD as TD alleges, where on earth did the sec come up with nearly identical verbiage in the complaint?

TD has posted his research right here. You think the SEC is incapable of tuning in to IHub?

Why wouldn't TD freely give personal identification when making complaints? Can this be done anonymously?

Of course it can be.

How does a whistleblower get compensated if the SEC doesn't know who to write the cheque to?

People who wish to be considered for a whistleblower award must identify themselves, obviously. When you submit a complaint using the TCR form, you can choose to be considered or not.
