But if the sec never had any contact with TD as TD alleges, where on earth did the sec come up with nearly identical verbiage in the complaint?
Does this mean there are intermediaries that assisted in the effort?
And the sec wrote a complaint based upon information given by someone they do not even know or have met?
I've never heard of this type of information gathering.
Why wouldn't TD freely give personal identification when making complaints? Can this be done anonymously? How does a whistleblower get compensated if the SEC doesn't know who to write the cheque to?
