A/S could possibly be maxed out with only 700 milly available March 31 and 400 milly comitted to toxic note holders. Anticipating an increase in the A/S or a R/S sooner than later!

Agree. No one wants to sell because of the upcoming news re funding.

And people have so many shares they can't afford to buy anymore.
