The buyout information was that which came into question....

That was then and this is now....

I wouldn't be surprised if a few "feelers" were sent out KBLB's way; if for nothing else to "test the waters" for present evaluation's sake.

I think you are spot on with these lines, Money. I was thinking the exact same thing. Once contracts are announced, and we begin to earn money, the chances of a buyout increase. Perhaps the company considering a buyout wants to see earnings first.

Of course, this is all speculation, but it makes sense.....
