For percentages, you multiply with a decimal. The calculation is apparently 0.7% (or less than 1%)

Where N is the amount of shares you initially received at conversion rate and Y is the amount you will likely receive from distribution of the 1.4 million Disputed Equity Escrow. ---------------------------------- Or you can use this formula

Where N is the amount of shares you initially received at conversion rate and X is your total amount you hold (assuming you didn't sell any shares after conversion and after distribution of the 1.4 million disputed equity escrow).
