You can not Front loaded a lot of TCEL stock because most would not be selling here. About 1.2 - 1.4 billion are in LLC hands and they have likely not been selling. that leaves 300 million to - 500 million at best on the Float and between me and from what i can tell on this board these are mostly owned by US.
therefor what is there to trade but a few guys trying to tried to make a few bucks. all be it a small amount, Even the short sales have dry up again
