I like your optimism. So why not just come out and say they are looking at an entity that is or may be listed on the TSX? Good grief, why open themselves up to scrutiny when they don't have to unless the use of NI 43-101 is in the deck to purposely try and dupe naive investors who don't understand Canadian standards and when they may or may not be used. Stuff like this baffles me...oh wait, no it doesn't because I'm dealing with a stinky pinky run by larcenous Les and his band of flunkies.
