i doubt it to be honest... i think this is all traders loading up and popping off runs. The share structure never seems to change... if the company was selling... the share structure would have to change.. and on top of that.. this would be some super slow dilution

But as i have said before... i know nothing, nor claim to.. all i have is my gut and past experiences.
