Again! Did you read the court filing and see what Saleen was requesting the courts to do??.

1. Removal of ALL and ANY defamatory statements made everywhere.
2. Permanent injunction against the defendant Frederic Lambert

So please answer this question. With the above 2 points that was in the court filing which Saleen was requesting. Did they get what they asked for???

1. Yes=win
2. No=loss

Why would they not gain a thing? Guess that's a "win" for Saleen?!
