The Russell people report a technical problem.

They hope the new 1000 list will be available by about 1 PM eastern time, and suggest checking the website then.

Who gets to see the early reports from Russell? Can individual investors subscribe to something or do we just have to wait until July 9 to see anything?

IMO Mr "bearcall" Tice got the June 13 Russell adjustments, saw IDCC moving from the 2000 to the 1000, and made his fuzzy reasons short call. Crafty, but not exactly a level playing field if the reports are not generally available to all at the same time.
