Hell Empty, I thought everyone folded up their tents and left. I was wondering what was up with this board. Its been so quiet in here for the past few days I've given up reading the posts. I guess things will be rocking once we get some news (earnings, listing, operations, etc.)In the mean time I will hit the golf course or go down to the beach to look at the pretty girls :-)
The question of the a-shares needs to be solved in order to attract institutional investors and to get the fundamentals in place to get adequate financing. I think we all pretty much agree on this.
What I would like to know is all of you long time owners perception of Solomons promises to us shareholders when it comes to his cancellation of common shares and switch to a-shares.
As I remember it Solomon cancelled his shares in solidarity with us shareholders because of the unexpected magnitude of the dillution that had taken place before his cancellation. His printing exceeded his communicated plans of financing through the printing of shares etc....
I´m interested in hearing your views on this subject since I feel those promises should be considered when we are looking for a solution that would please the market.
I m really losing my patience with SIAF. their story of wanting to get listed started since 2010 and till now, five years later, we are still hearing the same story. The BOD needs to push the newly hired CFO to move faster to get it listed on First North before end of August. What do we need to do to get our voices heard?
