What do we need to do to get our voices heard?

It won't help. The BOD needs more time.

You have 2 options here. Either you invest with a 3 to 5 year horizon, in which case you will probably get rich but you will need some patience, or you take the short term approach in which case you might as well sell the stock.

Unfortunately, the average investor is only interested in a return on their investment tomorrow. So it will be a rough ride for the die hards.

Given the circumstances, I think the stock is fairly valued at present. Too many mistakes. Too many delays. And a lack of transparency. They don't deserve better.

"What do we need to do to get our voices heard?"

Unfortunately there is almost zip we can do about it, the stock market are in essence a second-hand shop selling "used" securities again and again kind of.

To make an easy example lets say you buy a second-hand iPhone 4 from the pawnshop sale every year and after you get it home you realize that the sound is far from satisfactory and the screen has marks, try calling Apple without a receipt and have them fix it for free after letting them know how you acquired it :-)

In other words Solomon doesn't give a rats @ss about retail shares or owners and in a sense, rightfully so, who in their right mind would pay any notice to pawnshop(OTC) buyers of manufacturers goods world wide?

Exception to the rule are IPOs or shelf offerings and alike there Solomon does have some sort of responsibilities towards the buyers of his own(by him self) ill valued shares to whom which he so far failed to acknowledge or grant any recognition at all for their cash at stake.

Hopefully that will change with time and increased pressure but clock is ticking, soon almost anyone invested realizes that no one of the deep pocket stakeholders has any influence or means to force Solomon to threat their stakes with any at all respect or preserve any of their value, then the mass rush for the exit will commence, so management and BOD should take this real serious or it will sooner or later come to a junction point beyond repair most likely...

lets hope Solomon gets his thumb out before it comes to that and starts realizing his 15 minutes of fame are in danger of hitting last station...
