this is an excellent summary post but as regards the author, he did all he could do. He is not short; of that you can bet every last investment dollar. Quite the contrary. Up to his capabilities but he gets ten stars from me because he saw, very very clearly, the import of the Anavex compound. This is a profound observation on his part, something that pales the patent non issue. His article was not about other implications like Epilepsy, but he is very very well versed in medicine and biotech companies. He hit a huge bulls-eye from a macro perspective, and saw the larger implications.
