$NETE to me it remains unclear if there are additional 40M shares in the S/3A or if they reduced their first ammendment to 40M shares from 50+M shares. there is some guessing going on in the social media but i didn't read some proof by now.
i don't buy more until the dust settles but i won't sell at these prices too.
