Two things to look at.. since May 1st 70% of their PR's have been of Dilution.. S3's, amendments, new offering.. CONFUSING.

The PayOnline update.. In my eyes each day that goes by is BS updates.. how long does it take to close the deal.

Someone mention that PayOnline was in the company's website.. $NETE if they don't own it (Finalized) why is it on their website? The deal is not done. THis makes me raise the red flag. I have seen too many RED Flags in other stocks, played too many scams and lost money.. that each day it goes by $NETE looks like one.

Trust me I hope I am wrong on the feelings I had since May on the $24.5M dilution.. I have been burnt before.. and I have been wrong on some calls.. but this SMELLS Very Fishy since May 1st. The 12.25 to .14 price IMO confirms such a POS
