The production contract with MA was signed in Jan. of this year. I have no idea when MA contacted
LQMT for the possibility of the knife. The knife is a very intricate item, and probably took quite some time from concept to prototype. How long that may have been, I don't know. But many future items
may not be from concept. Its more likely to be a product already designed and produced,
but the client wants it made out of LiquidMetal. So I think the time from contract
to market may be much shorter for many items.
